Actually, the guy has the relationship with a girl for almost six years, after long years of journey finally, the couple got permission from their parents for fine marriage.

After Engagement, Both families planned to go for a one day trip before marriage.
Actually, they Chosen to go water theme park nearby. At that time the guy removed his Shirt for a nice swim. Here the girl father noticed something problem with guy chest.
The girl father thought it might be related to Gender issue (i believe as a reader you the answer). Finally girl family stopped marriage
After consultation with the guy, I called to girl father and Explained about male breast issue. Finally, girl father convinced.
Now the cute couple going to celebrate their first Anniversary in few months. We become closer together and they visit my clinic often.
Still, I call him as a James Bond. It’s one of the fine story from my side as a Cosmetic Surgeon.

75% to 80% causes are unknown, in medical term it called as idiopathic.
