• A Lab test or a medical evaluation.
• Quit smoking at least three weeks before and after the surgery.
• Avoid medicines like aspirin, anti-inflammatory drugs, and herbal supplements, as they can lead to more bleeding.

• Gynaecomastia is a daycare surgery.
• You will get discharged the same day evening.
• Rest for 2-3 days, you can resume your regular activities after that.
• Can take bath from the third day onwards.
• Need to wear pressure garments for a period of one month.
• You can resume driving after two to three days.
• You might experience slight swelling, hardness or altered sensation. It is a normal part of the recovery process.
• Waterproof plasters are provided on day 3 to help you take a bath.
• These plasters will stay till day 10.
• You will be advised to have an oil massage for about 5-10 minutes with coconut oil every day starting from 11th day.
• You can do it yourself. There is no external assistance needed. It will soften the chest, especially the operated area.
• You can resume gym after three weeks with a fine, contoured chest and permanent results.
• If you are into bodybuilding activities, you can resume the same after one month.
