Please note that all the consultations are scheduled only on prior appointment basis. Our consultation hours are between 4 to 7 pm on all the weekdays including Saturday. However, walk-ins will be attended as per the slots & doctor availability. On Sunday’s Consultation hours will be between 9.30 am to 12.30 pm only with prior appointment. Do fix the appointments by contacting our staff, either by calling or by WhatsApp. Whenever you are attending for consultation or proceeding for surgeries Aadhar card or Passport copy is required to show to our front office executive. Should you wish to change / modify your schedule, do let us know ahead. During your visit to our hospital, we request you to put your mobiles on silent mode & if required please hand over your mobile to our staff after screen locking for safe custody & as per our hospital policy. Your co-operation regarding this will be appreciated. Everything is first cum first serve basis. Please co-operate for any delay in consultations as we have to deal with every patient as per their needs.
Payment PolicyAll consultations, surgeries, dressings, medicines, consumables and treatments are to be paid before availing the service. We accept online payment, Phone pe, Gpay, Paytm, & cash. Please avoid credit cards, & debit cards as for as possible though we accept, prefer other modes of payment. Please ask at the front desk for the various payment options. GST 18% is compulsory for all payments as per Government of India rules & regulations.
For Surgery30% of surgery cost to be paid as advance to book a date for the surgery. 70% balance amount to be on the day of surgery before surgery.
Returns & Refunds for SurgeryWe do not entertain any refunds of advance done for surgeries as necessary arrangements would have been done for you without allotting the slot to someone needy & also hospital will be at loss. No refunds will be entertained for services rendered. Any secondary surgeries or touch up procedures needed will be at your own cost.
ConfidentialityAll clients of Curls & Curves may be assured of complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of their treatments and services.
Photos & CCTVPhotos of necessary parts of patient is required to maintain the patient records, for planning of surgeries, patients progress during healing, medical education purpose & for medicolegal purposes. CCTV are deployed in all necessary places. The purpose of CCTV is to monitor the patients, hospital security & for medicolegal purposes. Confidentiality will be maintained regarding photos & CCTV surveillance.
